When Will We Receive Our Photos?

Timeline: You’ll receive a proof gallery within 7–10 days after your session.
Details: The proof gallery includes lightly edited images (but unretouched). You’ll select your favorites for full retouching.
Final Delivery: Your completed gallery will be ready for download 2-3 weeks after you make your final selections.

What Editing/Retouching Is Included?
Every package includes basic retouching, which covers:

Skin smoothing
Teeth whitening
Background cleanup (e.g., removing debris or random people)
Removing distracting elements at our discretion

What’s Not Included:

Requests for extensive retouching, such as body alterations, hair alterations, face swaps. These requests are NOT included in our packages and will incur an additional fee if requested.

All photos are edited using our signature preset for consistency, as seen on our website and social media. We do not offer custom editing styles outside of what is displayed in our portfolio. There are many outside factors that determine how your final images look, including but not limited to do: time of day/lighting, colors worn, weather conditions, etc.

How Much Are Additional Photos?
Extra photos can be purchased for $15 each.

Do You Offer Expedited Editing?
Expedited editing services are available depending on our schedule. For $200, we’ll deliver your proof gallery within 48 hours of your session and provide the final retouched images within 48 hours of your final selections. Contact us to check availability for this service.

What Should We Wear?
Check out our Styling Guide for tips! The guide includes links to recommended clothing sites and examples of great outfit combinations.

Here are some general tips:

Avoid: matching outfits too closely, bright/neon colors, logos, and busy patterns.
Opt for simple/comfortable fabrics and clothing that makes you feel confident.
Neutral and warm earthy tones photograph beautifully.
Since photography is an investment, we suggest dressing up rather than wearing everyday attire.
Don’t forget about shoes—they can elevate or distract from your look! If in doubt, barefoot is better than sneakers or clashing footwear.

When Is Final Payment Due?
On the day of your session. We’ll send an invoice to your email.

What If the Weather Looks Bad?
We aim to make a call 2–3 hours before your session. Last-minute reschedules may be necessary if the forecast changes suddenly. If you’ve booked hair and makeup, check if your MUA offers a rain-check policy, as we’re not responsible for those services in case of weather reschedules. Let us know early if you’re using hair/makeup services so we can create a backup plan. Every session’s weather and lighting are unique, and we’ll adapt to capture stunning photos.

Can We Choose a Different Location?
If you'd like to use a location not on our Locations List, let us know! While we recommend our curated locations for their photo-friendly features, we’re open to discussing other spots. Additional travel fees may apply for off-list locations.
